Cancellation Policy
At Atlantis Wellness Clinic, we strive to provide every patient with attentive, personalized care. To help us keep appointment times available for all of our patients, we ask that you provide advance notice whenever you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellation & Reschedule Guidelines
- Cancellations/reschedules made 24+ hours in advance: No fee.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: 50% of the booked service will be charged.
- Prepaid package appointments: One treatment/session will be deducted from your package.
- Consultations: A $50 fee or the deposit already paid will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
Why This Policy Exists
Each appointment reserves dedicated time with our providers and staff. When an appointment is missed or cancelled on short notice, that time cannot easily be offered to another patient who may be waiting for care. This policy helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures fair access to appointments for everyone.
